What are the Royal Sands Community Rental Rules?
Does Royal Sands have pools and hot tubs?
There are three community pools and a hot tub—two pools and a hot tube are located at Royal Sands and Five Dove Circle. Another pool is located on Royal Dunes Circle.
What are the pool rules?

Pools and hot tub are for owners of Royal Sands lots, their Guests, and renters of Royal Sands STR’s only.

The pools and hot tub close at 10PM. Our pools are often treated with strong chemicals at night and therefore could be dangerous for swimmers.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE POOL AREAS AFTER 10PM.

No Glass containers or Loud Music.

Do not move the pool furniture.

Under no circumstances can furniture be placed in the pool or hot tub.

Pick up all trash.

What are the rules for driving golf carts in the neighborhood and on the Royal Sands Boardwalk??
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes! There’s a Lowe’s Market, Dollar General, and CVS in town. For bigger hauls, HEB and Walmart in Flour Bluff or Aransas Pass are just a short drive away. HEB and Walmart deliver groceries to the island.
