Royal Sands is a sought-after beachside neighborhood with private boardwalk access to the beach, two community pools, a hot tub, and beautifully maintained vacation homes. It’s quiet, family-friendly, and close to restaurants, shops, and island activities.
What are the Royal Sands Community Rules?
Does Royal Sands have pools and hot tubs?
Yes! We have two pools located on Five Dove Circle and another pool located on Royal Dunes Circle. The pools are not heated.
- We have a hot tub located in the Five Dove pool area. If the temperature outside is under 50 degrees, the heater shuts off to prevent damage to the heater.
- No swimming or using the hot tub after dark.
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
What are the pool rules?
- Pools and hot tub are for Residents, their Guests, and renters of STR’s only.
- The pools and hot tub close at 10PM. Our pools are often treated with strong chemicals at night and therefore could be dangerous for swimmers.
- PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE POOL AREAS AFTER 10PM.
- No Glass containers or Loud Music.
- Do not move the pool furniture.
- Under no circumstances can furniture be placed in the pool or hot tub.
- Pick up all trash.
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
